FINELY MANAGED WORKSHOP

The production workshop covers an area of 3000 square meters, with each workstation allocated a reasonable area guided by a professional teacher for efficient and convenient use of space. Keeping the floor clean and tidy helps maintain a pleasant working environment for employees.
The workshop implements 6S management, including improving company image, increasing efficiency, improving part turnover rate, reducing or eliminating failures, ensuring quality and safety, reducing production costs, shortening operation cycles, and improving employee morale for an energized organization.

WELL-MANAGED WAREHOUSE

To ensure fast delivery for our customers, the company requires at least 80% of finished goods inventory to be in stock. Our experienced NVVV warehouse staff handles the placement and stacking of goods professionally, which is crucial for us. We use a basket system for order picking, where each basket corresponds to a customer's order.
Prior to implementing this basket system, sorting errors occurred, which was a low-cost but effective response. Workers confirm the sorted products through a barcode scanner, and reconfirm before packing, resulting in a 0% error rate. This effective system is essential, isn't it?

WORK-FRIENDLY MEETING ROOM

These people are not watching a movie in the meeting room, they are working to provide service for a valued NVVV customer. The customer may appear to only want a product, but in reality, there is a lot of thoughtful consideration and discussion within the company for this customized type of product. Department coordination is crucial, and NVVV is dedicated to serving every customer and creating the best possible NVVV product.

AGING EQUIPMENT

Our aging test systems simulate harsh product environments to accelerate aging and detect potential faults before production. Factors such as temperature, humidity, vibration, and electromagnetic radiation are tested to improve product quality and reliability.

SMD PARTS MATERIAL AREA

This is a small material area for technicians, when it comes to non-conventional models of products that need to be customized, our adequate material types will allow us to develop faster and more efficient.

PCB BOARD PLUG-IN MACHINE

This is one of our plug-in machines, which can quickly complete the access to some components, including, capacitors, inductors, connectors, and other types of components, effectively saving labor costs while improving production efficiency.

ASSEMBLY

Our assembly uses pneumatic screwdrivers, electric screwdrivers are convenient and energy-saving, but there is a risk of leakage, to ensure the quality of our products, so we use a safer pneumatic screwdriver.

RECALIBRATION OF TESTING INSTRUMENTS

Our recalibration is the last process before the product is produced, it plays a vital step for our products, so we arrange recalibration staff are "veterans" with many years of work experience, their rich experience, so that the company factory products more "peace of mind "will let the customer get a better product.

PACKAGING AND SEALING MACHINE

This machine, we have been using for 3 years, after the feedback of the current sealing staff, this machine is currently used normally, compared to the previous old machine will be more intelligent

AUTOMATIC STRAPPING AND BALING MACHINE

This machine can make the outer packaging more stable, so that the goods in the handling process, storage does not fall apart due to poorly tied, and at the same time should be tied neatly and beautifully.
